Non-Refundable Restocking Fee:
Winning bidders who have not made contact via My Payment Plan (armstrongwestern.com/my-plan) will have their card on file charged for the full invoice amount due. Should an invoice exceed the credit limit of the card on file, Armstrong Western LLC reserves the right to charge the credit card up to 25% of the total purchase price as a non-refundable restocking fee (minimum $100 charge) if invoices are not paid in full according to the auction-specific payment terms. The purchase price includes the bid price, title/doc fees, and applicable sales tax. Items not paid for or removed as per auction-specific terms will be considered abandoned and forfeited to the Auction Company, which reserves the right to relist or resell such items.

5% Late Payment Fee:
MAIL-IN & WIRE TRANSFER payments not postmarked by May 1st, 2025, will be charged an additional 5% Late Payment Fee.
IN-PERSON payments not received by May 1st, 2025 will be charged an additional 5% Late Payment Fee.

Location: Grass Valley Rd. - Winnemucca, Nevada (Google Map Link). From Hanson St. and Grass Valley Rd. in Winnemucca, head southwest on Grass Valley Rd. 17.4 miles (Look for Roche J6 Ranches sign). Turn right, go 1.2 miles to auction site.

Payment Date:
Pay in Person: April 30th & May 1st 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PT).
Pay by Mail: Must be postmarked by May 1st. If you'd like to mail in your payment, please let us know by visiting armstrongwestern.com/my-plan.
Pay by WIRE TRANSFER: Wire transfer must be initiated by May 1st. If you plan to pay by wire, please let us know by visiting: armstrongwestern.com/my-plan. Wiring instructions will be provided after clicking Submit on the My Payment Plan page.

Acceptable Forms Of Payment: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card or Wire Transfer only. 5% fee on all credit/debit card transactions. NO CASH PAYMENTS OVER $5,000.

Item Pickup Date: Assisted Pickup: April 30th & May 1st, 2025 9AM-5PM (Pacific Time). Items will be available for pickup once full payment is received. All items not picked up by May 13th, 2025 will be forfeited and disposed of. Early payment & pickup is highly recommended.

Titled Vehicles: All titled vehicles/trailers will be assessed a $50 dealer doc fee. No titles will be given out at the auction. All titles will be processed through the State of Idaho. If you will be sending a personal representative to complete your transaction, please print and fill out this Power Of Attorney Form and send it with them. Grantor's information must match the purchaser's information on the invoice. We will not be able to complete your transaction until we have received it.

Lot Descriptions: As additional information comes in, item descriptions regarding condition, title information, size, weight, etc., will be edited continuously.

Service Disruption: In the unlikely event of a technological failure (Internet, Server, Software, Website), Armstrong Western LLC reserves the right to void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any lots that were affected by any malfunction.
