5% LATE PAYMENT FEE: A 5% late payment fee will be applied to all payments that do not comply with the specified payment terms.
Non-Refundable Restocking Fee:
Armstrong Western LLC reserves the right to charge the credit card registered with your account up to 25% of the total purchase price as a non-refundable restocking fee (minimum $100 charge) if invoices are not paid in full according to the auction-specific payment terms. The purchase price includes the bid price, title/doc fees, and applicable sales tax. Items not paid for or removed as per auction-specific terms will be considered abandoned and forfeited to the Auction Company, which reserves the right to relist or resell such items.
Acceptable Forms Of Payment: Cash, Check, Credit/Debit Card or Wire Transfer only. 5% fee on all credit/debit card transactions. NO CASH PAYMENTS OVER $5,000.
Item Pickup Date: November 19th-21st 9a-5p, 22nd 10a-3p, 24th-26th 9a-5p, CLOSED THANKSGIVING AND BLACK FRIDAY. Items will be available for pickup once full payment is received. All items not picked up by November 26th will be charged $10 a day for storage. All items not picked up within 30 days will be forfeited and disposed of. Early payment & pickup is highly recommended. Some items are located off-site. The location of those items will be listed in the lot description.
Titled Vehicles: All titled vehicles/trailers will be assessed a $50 dealer doc fee. No titles will be given out at the auction. All titles will be processed through the State of Idaho. If you will be sending a personal representative to complete your transaction, please print and fill out this Power Of Attorney Form and send it with them. Grantor's information must match the purchaser's information on the invoice. We will not be able to complete your transaction until we have received it.
Lot Descriptions: As additional information comes in, item descriptions regarding condition, title information, size, weight, etc., will be updated continuously.
Service Disruption: In the unlikely event of a technological failure (Internet, Server, Software, Website), Armstrong Western LLC reserves the right to void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any lots that were affected by any malfunction.
